North American Law in a Global Context

July 24 to August 15, 2016

Every year, Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law hosts a three-week Summer School. During this period, students follow courses such as:

  • The Canadian Legal System
  • Constitutional Law
  • Introduction to U.S. Law
  • Criminal Law
  • Canadian Business Law
  • International Commercial Arbitration
  • Introduction to Sustainable Development Law: A North American Perspective

Organized trips to Quebec City, Toronto/Niagara Falls and Ottawa also form part of the program. Registration costs amount to CAD$ 2,800 (subject to change). This includes tuition, lodging, breakfasts and lunches, as well as travelling costs related to the trips organized by the Faculty.
